Change on Publication Frequencies

Dear authors and readers, in order to improve the service and the qualities of our publication. The management decided to change the publication frequencies from 2 issues to 4 issues anually, this decission allows the management to improve the quality and cut the waiting list on the publication for rapid publication processes.
